2.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. 2.2. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. 2.3. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order details. This email is an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. 3.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. 3.3. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery time provided at the time of order. 4.2. Delivery charges are additional unless otherwise stated. 4.3. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. 5.2. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. 5.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
